We require the following information to create your site plan: 1. Property Address: The location of the property. 2. Purpose Brief: A brief description of the purpose of the site plan. If you're adding a structure, please include: • Structure Details: Overall size and dimensions of the new structure. • Placement Information: Distances from property boundaries or existing structures. For convenience, you can email us a quick sketch showing the proposed structure on the property, along with any additional details needed to complete the site plan. If available, please also send a copy of the Title Plan or Plan of Subdivision. This helps us confirm boundary details and check for any easements on the property.

If you need to make minor adjustments to the site plan, we are happy to assist at no extra cost. Typical changes include modifying the size of a independent/freestanding proposed structure or altering its distance from the boundary.

We generally provide site plans within 24 hours after the quote is accepted. If additional information about proposed structures is needed, there may be some delays, but we will inform you of this in advance. More detailed site plans might also take longer due to DBYD response times
